Depending on the intentions and requirements competent freelancers are drawn upon for realizing the numerous projects.
Curriculum Vitae Theo Blaickner
1949 born in Zell am See, Salzburg; youth in Innsbruck. Through his father, sculptor Kurt Blaickner, experiences with various means of artistic expressions since his earliest childhood.
since 1962 experience as an animal trainer, continuous work with animals.
since 1969 parallel artistic discourse with music and visual art.
1971 studied at the Vienna Jazz Academy, toured Europe with Lester Wilson, scholarship at Berkeley University in Boston.
1975-88 residence in South America, intensive work with animals (e.g. with parrots, snakes, cats of prey...).
1988-99 residence and studio in Linz.
since 1999 T. Blaickner lives and works in Hinterstoder / Upper Austria. Since then permanent expansion of working on performances with Friesian Horses and Golden Eagles.
The studio is still situated in Linz.
since 1975 numerous solo and group exhibitions in South America and Europe.
Member of Sezession Vienna and Kuenstlerhaus Vienna.
